Do you have a Scout earning his Eagle Rank soon? The Arrowhead District can recognize that Scout with a custom certificate of this high achievement. Please contact Jason O'Brien at jason.obrien@scouting.org or Frank Kriegseis @ fkriegseis@ameritech.net and they will make up the certificate and have someone from the Arrowhead District Leadership Team to present it to the New Eagle Scout.
